2003: Ford Expedition: 4.6: Stock Exhaust: AFE Magnum Intake: Sniper Tune(93 octane): Firestone Destination LE tires= 13-14 when I take it hard city and highway. About 16.4 when highway speeds don't exceed 80, but still hard in city.

'05 4.6L Screw, AF1 3" intake, Borla SI/SO cat-back..

About 13 mpg city (I don't really check city mpg too closely, I know it's gonna suck)..

18.3 mpg highway consistently at 75-80 mph.

It was 16.5 mpg highway before the cat-back.

06 5.4 Mpg

I will have to give you two sets of figures.

2006 SCAB 5.4L 4x4 3.55 with stock tires
Century bed cover, EDGE on level 2, Airaid Jr., Green Filter, Magnaflow SIDO

Taking it easy, I get about 15.8 combined highway with about 18 at 75mph on the highway.

Frequently trying out the exhaust note with occasional stop light battles, I am getting about 15+ combined. I am still getting about 18 on the highway. Pure stop and go driving gets a little under 14.

Before the modifications, I could drive it like I was driving Miss Daisy and I was lucky to break 14.5 combined. I got about 17.5 on the highway at 65-70 mph.

05 Supercrew, 5.4, 3.55, with taller tires, 265/70/17s.
2" Ground Force kit in rear
Flowmaster 40 SIDO
K & N drop in filter
Tinted windows(they help a lot)
Edge Evo

I get 16.5 to 17 running around town and on the daily commute. I get 18.5 to 19.4 on the highway. The highway mileage is usually 2 lane and involves passing. I don't drive easy, I like to go. The highway mileage is running 75 to 85 mph. I have found I get the best mileage out of Shell gasoline. I keep records on every fillup.

Details in my signature, 3.73 gears, 87 octane.

I get about 15 mpg on average in the city. I don't drive it hard all the time, but i will slam on the gas when someone wants to race.
