I'm going to cut out my stock muffler and replace it. I don't want it too loud and definitely don't want any drone in the cab. Plus, no low-end torque loss.
Thanks,
Mark
Mine is the 16 1/2" model, SI/SO. I have no drone in the cab at all!! I have had my truck in all kinds of different conditions--pulling trailers ranging from 2000-14000lbs, pulling the trailers up hills, running empty, and in temps from over 100 deg to -30 (-60 with windchill). And this muffler just will not drone. I also didn't notice and power loss.

I was looking to make my truck louder, but then after riding in a buddies truck (that it alot louder than mine) but had tones of drone, I decided that I am happy with what I have now. It pretty loud when i want it to be, but is just about as quite as stock when cruising down the road at 70 mph, 1840rpms.

Thanks Brad. What Flowmaster did you have, 40 or 50 series?
Is the Cherrybomb Pro louder, same or quieter than your old FM?
Have you heard a Magnaflow 14" compared to your CB Pro? If so, what is the sound difference?
Thanks, Mark
