dont bother with that stock airbox mod. i did it and got no results. i ended buying a cheap intake of ebay for like 50$. it actually workd quite well. i got a little more throttle response. it sounds nice on acceleration to. that stock air intake elbow is still to restrictive even witha k/n filter.

The Xcal2 is the most popular from Troyer with his custom tuning
Also i see you have no CATS or mufflers!!!That right there is killing your low end power you need some backpressure!!!2 high flow CATS and a good muffler!!I would do that with the tuner.I bet that is real loud

I also would say do the tuner first, Troyer says that his tunes will make the 4.6 run like the 5.4 does. Best bag for the buck is the tuner. I did the Volant cold air intake and I could have spent my money on other thinks but it was something I wanted. You will not notice a huge gain with the cold air intake.

Yes, get the tuner first. If you go through Troyer (which you should) you can always email them later, telling them you got more modifications and they will send you the tunes accordingly (but you have to pay per tune, but shouldn't be too expensive.)

I vote efans before tuner, but thats just my experience, i dont have a tune yet, but the truck is running great. setting up your own efans is 3x cheaper then getting a tuner

your sound clip sounds alot like mine, just a tad higher i think. but my dynomax is all wore out and has seen better days

I think legal is 35% but i have 15% On your reg cab, i would do 25% or 15% and it will be close to 35% looks. The smaller the cab the lighter the tint looks, b.c there is a high percentage of light coming in through the front window.
