Headers?

how much performence would headers provide for me i have an 07 f150 with a 5.4 and magnaflow

My long tubes gained me 30hp and 35ftlbs. I had gibson shorties b4 that and they gained me nothing.

ohh wow do you know how much they run and having that exuast and intake does it but alot more wear on the tranny. would it improve my mpg

Helping the engine breathe easier will relieve a little stress on the mpg area. As to putting more wear on the transmission, probably not. With the engine able to output a bit more stored power easier, it might "use" the transmission a bit more but as to putting wear on it, just keep it well lubed and all the suspension fittings greased and you should be fine.
