Magnaflow 14416 wierd sound

I just installed the Magnaflow 14416 4” round SISO 2.5” in and out. I moved the tip to in front of right rear tire like the 97 f150’s had. Sounds awesome except the only problem is at 45 mph+ if I hit the gas hard it makes a weird noise. It sound like there is something in the muffler….almost like if you put your lips together and blow out hard and your lips vibrate (best way I can describe I know it sounds weird)….i was told by someone that it might be the packing in the muffler working itself out…not sure if this is true. Did i make a mistake moving the tip there? If anyone has some input I would appreciate it.
