adding gas milage

i have a 92 f150 and i can get around 15mpg on highway and about 8 in town, wat can i do to maybe add a little more miles to the gallon?

i would look into a K&N intake system or an Airaid. also try a high flow exhaust. i ran true dual magnaflow mufflers on my turck and i gained about 1 MPG and some extra horsepower.

i have a dual exhaust with glasspack, but its about to get replace with a cherry bomb extreme. but ill look into a K&N. about how much do they cost?

you can probably find a K&N for around $225. good idea with the cherry bomb exhaust. i bet it will sound awesome.

I would look into tune up, O2's, fuel pressure regulator. Maybe pick up some underdrive pulleys, synthetic fluids, electric fan, and do a dyno tune. I have a 5.0 Mustang that runs high 13's and gets 25+ highway/20 running it hard/city driving and did most of the stuff mentioned above. Not sure what it has for miles but maybe even a comprssion test.
