Hole in muffler...

So Ive got a pro flow SIDO muffler on my truck and it has a hole in it now... looks like the weld has separated. It still sounds great and loud with no drone, you can't tell there is a hole in it without looking at it. My question is, is it hurting anything such as back pressure or anything? I really don't want to pay to have it replaced if I don't have to.
