whats better...mufflers

whats better...mufflers

im getting new mufflers and need to know whats better the 2 choices are turbo mufflers or chambered mufflers. i dont know the difference but im going to dump my exhaust at the beginning of my bed kinda like the old muscle cars have.( love the look of it).. can u guys let me know what muffler is the better of the two

A turbo muffler is chambered. The two most common designs are straight thru mufflers, like a Magnaflow and Dynomax Ultra Flo or chambered mufflers like Flowmaster, IMCO and Edelbrock SDT. The straight thru design mufflers will give you a little more power.

Pick a straight thru design. Unless you want the flowmaster sound.
