Another can't decide intake??

oil vs no-oil ?? < - - better filtration / longer lasting / good for the engine .. hence no IAC replacement like I did on my last truck at 60K

sealed vs open ??? < - - which give me more power

So after answering both of those questions .. What is the name of my intake??

PS. I prefer to get something that doesn't require a tune either

1. Dry has slightly better filtration, but less air flow, both are washable, dry better for engine (better filtration / will not damage MAF Sensor), see comparison: http://www.outlawpower.com/productdocs/Filter_FAQ.pdf

2. Open provides more air (=more power, i.e. AF1). If off-roading a lot, get a sealed to keep filter clean (Slight Temp. difference)

3.-----Sealed------Open
Oiled---S&B............AF1
Dry----Outlaw......AEM Brute

After many days and nights reading on this forum about this subject I would say go with a Airforce one (AF1).I have not seen one bad post about this cold air intake and it seems to be the best out there, and though I just ordered mine on friday I'm sure a lot of other people here will tell you the same thing.

Sealed vs non-sealed in terms of power and torque gains can only be measured on a dyno (with the hood closed) or drag strip or similar. The reason people think that open filters can flow more air is because it "looks" like it can. However, when the hood is closed, the tuning and resonance factors are a larger determiner of power and torque output.

Here's another reason one may like a sealed enclosure system like that from Outlaw Power (dry filter), Banks Power (oiled filter), or S&B (oiled filter), (picture from http://www.outlawpower.com/productdetail.php?sc=1486 ):
