Exclamation injectors????

I have an all stock 01 5.4 supercrew. I am wanting to turn the engine up a little without using a turbo, nitrous, blower, or a programmer. What kind of injectors, including size and flow, and fuel pump should I be looking for? Also, without the aid of a programmer how do I go about changing the air/fuel ratio? My gears are getting switched to 4.56's front and rear, and I am putting 285/75/16 swamper SSR's on soon. Any help would be greatley appreciated!!

how much can the stock injectors/furl pump handle? I am looking at adding a CAI possiably a programmer if need be, different cam, TB and MAF, and maybe porting and polishing the heads, with headers eventually

I can't remember exactly- the 19's r good for 325 hp or something like that - go to the https://www.f150online.com/forums/chips-tuners-programming-34/ - (Chips and Tuners) then over to the right of it "search this forum" and type in injectors, you should be able to find your answere in there , pretty easy..
