Is there any difference as far as power goes in a CAI that is short verses one that is long. I've seen a few companies offering short tube CAI and was wandering if it made any difference?

 

Pardon my noobness, but they offer long and short? Could you give examples of both? I thought they all just "J'ed" out to the hole in the fender behind the driver headlight.

 

I dont see how you could makeit shorter and call it a CAI. It woul be way to close to the engine heat to even dream of drawing in cold air unless you installed a functional hood scoop to drop some cold air on it and have it boxed off.
