Roush Exhaust Ordered Today.

I just got off the phone with Woodhouse (thanks to all who gave me the link and contact info to them) and ordered my Roush Exhaust.

I ended up ordering the Legal System as I really don't want any drone at all. Call me old, but the drone that my buddy gets from his Magnaflow in his 2005 and what I got from my Maggie on my 1999 annoyed the crap out of me.

I have the Roush legal and couldn't be happier! Install was easy, do you plan on doing it yourself?

Just piece it all together before you clamp anything down. I did mine byself but it would be nice to have somebody square up the tails before tightening all the clamps down. I notice one of mine hangs a tad bit lower but nobody else has said anything. The install is really simple but hit me up if you have any questions!

Thanks.

How does the Legal System sound compared to stock? I have heard some say it sounds great, others say that it is quieter than stock and they wish they had the off-road version. I would of went with the off-road but I don't want any drone.

The legal is louder than stock. Maybe not at idle, but when you step on it you know it's there

A whole lot less than $571.

I actually got a call from them today saying that they quoted me the wrong freight cost so I need to call back tomorrow and find out what is going on with that. I'll post my total cost (shipping included) when I talk to them.

I paid $365.00 plus $47.40 shipping for mine. Here is the link to the Woodhouse site that has it for that price but be aware, Woodhouse just called me today asking about the price as Roush charged them retail price for it so I don't know if they will be honoring that $365 price anymore.

http://www.woodhousestore.com/servlet/Detail?no=1016

The next best price that I found it for was $470.99 through Summit Racing.

Well, the exhaust arrived today (two days after I ordered it) so I will post when I get it installed.

Exhaust has been on sicne Friday evening and all that I can say is Wow! I am very happy that I went with the "Legal" System as it is everything that I was hoping for.

Absolutely no drone but a nice throaty sound coming from the tips and killer looks.

I also just noticed that Woodhouse raised the price on the exhaust $60 to $425 plus shipping. Still a great system for that price but did I sure order it at the right time.

Do you think there would be any mpg improvement with this addition? I am throwing the AF1 CAI on the truck next week and was thinking about doing an exhaust too. We all know why I'm really doing it but I was trying to justify a little bit too.

Anybody else have this combo? How does it sound? Can you feel any bump in power?

Thanks!
