hey guys

which exhaust would u recommend to use the Flowmaster Super 44 or the Super 40??

and what is the difference between the two??

well, the 44 will be louder since it replaced the original 40, the super 40 was a toned down version of the 40 so it didnt have as much in cab drone, but the only exterior sound difference is the super 40 was deeper than the original 40. the 44 is louder than the original 40.

 

Im in the same situation, I have the super 40 and really want it to be louder. My muffler shop in town doesnt really know a lot about the super 44. I really would like to look into it. Do yall think it would be worth the 100 dollars?

 

Do you want performance? Or just noise?

If you want anything resembling GAINS, don't get either. They call it slowmaster for a reason

 

the Super 44 is also alot deeper than the Super 40 is, its overall the best of the 40 series mufflers that Flowmaster has came out with and definatly worth the money, also, off summitracing.com its only $80
