So Heres My Plan

Tell me what you think..

I got a 2002 Supercrew 4x4 and am looking for a new exhaust system. I plan on getting 2 2.5" bent pipes that I found on ebay for a dual setup, a cherry bomb extreme muffler and 2 big and shiny 18" tips. Im not sure whether I should get the muffler with dual outlet cause its 2.5 inlet and 2.25 outlet, Would my pipes that im getting be able to connect to that or should I just get a Y pipe that connects the muffler to the pipes? Im looking to go loud with this set up so any help would be great

Thanks

Here are the pics of what I will be getting

Which muffler sizing should I get for this setup?????

I have the single 3" in dual 2.5" out version with 4x18 tips and it has been just fine. Even with the four factory cats in place it's pretty loud.

Will I need anything special if I get the inlet at 3" to connect the muffler to the cats?

The exhaust shop can fab a reducer if you want to keep the original 2.5" pipe from the cats.
