Here are the high-flow/ high-filtration air filters that I have found.

WaterProof:
AEM DryFlow
AFE ProDry
Outlaw Power NeverOil

Non-waterproof:
Donaldson with NanoFiber
Amsoil with NanoFiber (made by Donaldson)
Donaldson says that the nano fiber washes off if placed in water.

Thanks Torqueaholic. I think I'm going to have to go with the outlaw myself. I seems to have everything I want in a CAI!

I misspoke, after doing some research I have found that although the cotton gauze filters do flow better than OEM paper filters, they do not filter better.:o

Yea, I agree. Cold air either have to go outside of the engine bay or to the bottom of the engine bay. As far as exposed filters compared to enclosed filters, the exposed one will obviously run into more dirt, mud, and water.
