How to remove passanger side Exhaust Manifold????

Need to replace passanger side gasket on a 04, 5.4L

How the hell do you get to the lower bolts on the manifold??, all the top bolts are out without too much trouble.
Are people removing the starter and if they are how did you get to the top bolt? I've seen pictures of header installations with the shock/spring tower removed...is that what it takes?

Thanks...

if its same like 97-03 starter out makes it easier. that bolt at the rear is a pain. might have to lay on the creeper to get the other ones. if i remember i reached thru the wheelwell eith extensions to get the front 2 studs out. what a pain took me 6 hours to complete my 97 .4.6

Just did this for my headers the back two shouldnt be very hard to get at from underneath or possibly through the wheel well with the plastic removed. for the front two you need about 2' extension with a swivel go straight up just before the half shaft and just after. You should be able to spot it from the front of the engine. Helps to have someone else spotting for you.
