Without breaking the bank

Ok without going into debt and having my wife PO'd at me for years to come. How can I get a little more power and response for my 2006 KR Screw without paying the 5+Gs for a supercharger? If anyone has some suggestions for add ons or mods that WON'T void the powertrain warranty please let me know. Already have Vortex true dual setup (Flowmaster 50 series sound comparison), 20 x 8.5 Roush wheels, and the tonneau cover helped reduce the drag from the tailgate.

tuner is a great idea but to go even cheaper do you have an intake? when i put the mac intake on my 00 (pic in my gallery) i noticed a difference in pickup, acceleration and gas milage. i think it only costed me like $160 ish.

Exhaust, intake and tuner are the easiest and most effective bolt-ons to do. The great thing is that they improve power/tq but also can help in getting better mileage, the wife would like that.
