Where/How to install 90mm MAF?

Where/How to install 90mm MAF?
I recently supercharged my engine with an Allen kit. It utilizes the stock intake. How do you install a larger MAF on a standard intake? Or even on an after-market intake?
I know that Troyer Perf can adapt an AF1 intake, but I would really prefer and enclosed filter. I'm looking very closely at the Outlaw intake right now.
