I recently purchased a 2007 F-150 with the 5.4L engine. I am wanting to add some mild modifications and was wondering if aftermarket air filters, such as K&N, are worth the money. I see they advertise a performance gain, but are those gains noticeable. Any opinions you can offer would be appreciated.
