If you were to tune your stock truck, then buy an AF1 or K&N, how would you retune your truck for the increased air to fule settings? Would you start your truck and run it for 10 minutes, then retune it to let the cpu make the adjustments?

Just unhook your battery for about 20 minutes and hook it back up and it will relearn on its own.
This works for small changes like that.If you make more drastic changes you will need to have a new tune to get all the power from you changes.
