I don't really know about headers, I've heard mixed reviews on whether they're worth it if you have limited mods, and exhaust is going to be very opinionated. So, I'll just tell you what I'm gonna get done. I'm goin true duals into an 18" maggie DI/DO with tips out the corners (all 2.5" except the tips at 3.5") I know it would be better to do Xpipe where the Y is now but I'm poor so this is how it's goin for now, maybe Hi-Flow cats are in my future, but I gotta start savin for the 305/65R17's I want since I just blew one of my tires the other day. good luck

Well just about most exhaust shops will do a "insert muffler brand here" Dual exhaust set up for about 400-450 depending on what you have done. A set of header will run you anywhere from 500+ depending on what brand you choose and what finish/coating i.e. Ceramic, Hotcoat, Polished i would stay away from pacesetter i heard they arent bad but there are alot of fitment issues. + they cost 300 bucks for the armor coat, and you get what you pay for. I would go JBA if you have the money. I also seen the bassani havent heard much on these maybe someone else has. But thats just my $.02 Here is a link to the headers for your truck

Everybody pretty much loves the one they bought..... so you'll hear all kinds of answers. I put Magnaflow on. I'm pretty happy with it. Now, I can really tell when I'm grannying it or not. Anything over about 1800rpm's and I know I'm in the gas. Even at speed, with cruise on, if you accel. a little, you'll hear it. It'll give a little better mileage, I guess, but the fun factor is way up there. Sounds great on hard acceleration....and off the line has been improved.

I know nothing about headers.

I do know that my Magnaflow rocks. Proven performance gains. I had a SIDO, mandrel bent tubing, 2 4"x18" polished SS tips installed for $300 locally. I picked up almost 1.5 MPG.

I picked up nothing with the Flows on my last truck.

Gibson is barely louder than stock.
