Header Help!!!

i was just wondering if it were worth my while to get a set of long tube headers and high-flow cats.. i have a SI/DO setup right now and would like to keep it that way($$$) but would go true duals if it ment better milage or HP, TQ... anyway has anyone had experiance with long tube headers and high-flow cats going into a SI/DO setup??? is it worth my while???

These would be the headers and cats i would go with:

I would recommend that you wait on the headers, and get a good tune. That will gain you much more than the exhaust upgrade.

What do you mean by a tune? like a(n) EDGE Evo or getting it tuned on a dyno... I'm not an expert when it comes to gaining more HP and TQ

First $400 would go to a tune, try SCT Xcal II. It will wake up the truck. Headers should not be done until you get more air into engine. Go with Catback first, at least it will make truck sound better.
