Imco or Magnaflow

I have an 05 4.6L and I am having a hard time making my mind up on what muffler to get and its now between an Imco or a Magnaflow. Getting it done Lightning style. I like the price of the Imco (about half the price of Magnaflow) but have heard more about Magnaflow. Anyone know what kind of performance gains Imco mufflers give?Which do you think I should get? Thanks for the help.

Drew

I might go with the magnaflow if I was in your situation. The only reason I didn't was price and sound. But if your willing to spend a little bit more, i'm sure you're going to be real happy with the magnaflow.

I have IMCO, which is now call cherrbomb b/c they bought the name. I couldn't be happier. I have cherrybomb pro dumped, my friend has 18 inch magnaflow dumped. Same performance gains, no lost of low end torque, just like magnaflow. Do drone! Same loudness but with more of a chambered big block sound giving you just a little more sound at low RPM's. My system is deeper than flowmaster but not quite as loud. Magnaflow will be more of a per until you step on it. It you want as loud as 40 series flowmaster, go with cherrybomb extrem. My only complaint is when you slam it to the floor, above 4,000 RPM's, it sounds like you have a turbo, caused by the venturi effect of the wing design inside the muffler. If you go to the cherrybomb.com, they explain the design and how it increases power.
