I am def no mechanic that is why I am looking for some help.

I just purchased a Flowmaster American Thunder Cat Back Exhaust System, Dual Rear Exit (17417).

I am wondering if i need to have an air intake kit installed along with this or will the K&N Filter upgrade be enough?

I am looking for suggestions and comments in reference to the air intake kit.
