The new cat back system for this application has been dyno verified to make 10 hp and 12 lbs. ft of torque. It features full mandrel bends (no compression bends, like those done at muffler shops) for maximum flow and a straight through, wide open muffler with NO baffles, NO chambers and NO restrictions.



The system installs with simple hand tools and in most cases, can be installed by the average do-it-yourselfer in 30-60 minutes.

nice. now you just got to get one for the 07 harley f150s! ive been waiting for like 5 months. and everytime i asked about it, you said in about a month. that was about 4 months ago. lol.

 

I didn't realize there was so much different on the Harley's that you can't use the exhaust systems for the other F-150's? Is there a clearance issue or something?

When is part #16608 (Harley SI/DO behind rear tire) going to be released???

I've called a bunch of times, the last being 2 weeks ago and the rep said it isn't even in the system yet. (or something like that)

Can you give us anykind of a clue???

yea ive been told that you cant use the regular f150 exhaust setups.

congrats on the new Expedition cat back system Magnaflow, seems like some guys are really anxious for the new Harley setup so thats next on the list!

 

First let me start by saying Im sorry that I havent kept up on this post. Im in contact with our production team and once I find something out I will let you all know. I will save this thread and check back from time to time. Is there a really big interest for this kit. I had one of the members email today and he said I should start a thread about this kit.I am going higher up right now and I am going to email the Plant Manager and get an answer for you all.

 

I was VERY interested in this kit and even called Magnaflow to see if I could purchase it, but the answer was that it was not even scheduled for production.

I wound up getting a custom installation to get the same look.

 

So heres what I have so far. We are waiting to get the prototype on the schedule once we do that then we have to build the system. After that we will have to wait on the fixtures. So its still a ways off. But I will keep you up on what is going on.

Ok Guys today is November 28th. Ive been told that this kit will be available in approx 4 to 6 months

 

Magnaflowrep Will this kit be available for the Supercrew 5.4l with the 6.5 foot bed??? SIDO behind rear wheel ???

 

This kit will be available for the Harley Edition with EC/6.5' Bed and CC/5.5' Bed I dont know that we will be testing it on the CC/6.5' Bed. There really isnt alot of info to this point. You guys now know as much as I do. And when I hear more I will post it. But for now Ive posted everything Ive got to date.
