is this the one that is equal to the 40 series flowmaster?

i want to have turn down and loud but not too loud. i just want it to sound very good.

IMO a 40 is very loud. I have a 3" 70 on my Expedition and for me its a perfect blend of quiet rumble a cruising speed then nice and throaty when I get on it.
