I wrote a thread a while back about having a limited buget on truck stuff and someone said not to waste my time with an intake since the stock intake on a 4.6 v8 is sufficient. Now I'm reading a lot of stuff how they are worth it. Is there anything my truck would gain with a new intake??

 

You would gain appearance, a little mpg, and some power. Id say go for it!

 

if you are on a tight buget then I think you would be better off saving for a tuner, to get the best bang for your buck!
