Converting To Headers And Full Dual Exsaust On 2000 5.4 Help Please

IM ONE OF THE LUCKY GUYS TO HAVE AN exsaust manifold go bad on me! I thought id use this as an excuse to completely redo the exsaust with headers and all, can any of you guide me in the right direction? ie; what brand of headers are good and how this will work, ie; headers to "Y" pipe to one cat to 2 mufflers to 2 pipes out the back??? how much may cost? the mac headers i saw are ceramic coated and 480.00. should i use stage 8 locking stainless header bolts? or do the bolts stay in good without periodic tightening on these trucks? I think ill go with the brass header gaskets. this is the set up i have on my 83 mustang and i have had no issues with leaks and or bolts backing out. please tell me what you all think and give me your opinions......thanks in advance for your help.....roy

I have a set of the FRPP headers. Seems to have a little more low end go. Can't seem to eliminate some drivers side exhaust noise though. They were a bargin!
