Doing exhaust tomorrow. Decided to go with magnaflow, wanting less drone on HWY. My choices are 14" SI/SO or 18" SI/DO. Which one will sound the deepest and meanest dumped, kind of like a big block. I know my best choice would be flowmasters for the sound I want, I just think I might get tired of the drone.

 

go with the magnaflow or if you use a flowmaster get a tuner and you'll get minimal drone if any

 

I've got a flowmaster on mine and there is never any highway drone. It goes silent for the most part at highway speeds. Or at least you can't hear it over the road and stereo

 

Do you have the 50 series dumped before the axle. I really don't mind a little drone, I just don't want all the drone I had with my mustang. It had hi-flow cats and 40 series mufflers

 

Well I got scared that the magnaflow would be to mellow and the flowmaster would be to much drone, so I went with the Cherrybomb Pro made my IMCO. Should be just right. Similar Flowmaster rumble with less interior drone.
