Banks?

hey, i have a 2006 scab and am looking at getting a catback system from Banks Power. Its the Banks Power Monster Exhaust single side exit. Has anyone heard anything about it..good..bad? I am also open to any other suggestions on exhaust. I am looking for a nice throaty sound but I dont want it to be ridiculously loud. I havent heard any sound clips on the Banks so i am just going with what i have been told so far.
Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated!
Thanks guys (and girls)!

The Banks set-up is very nice and produces a good tone, but I've heard that the Magnaflow is very simular in sound but costs alot less. I've had the Mags on my truck and it's like you said, throaty sound without being too loud.

i have the banks on my truck(click the pic in my sig for more pics) and i love it! its not annoyingly loud when cruising, but you know it on there when you get into it! it has a great sound, and i ahve heard the magnaflow on my buddies truck and it sounds nothing like the banks IMO, the banks sounds much better!

I have a banks and my buddy has a magnaflow. I'll take the banks any day if for no other reason than the install. Everything fit perfectly with the banks. The magnaflow needed a lot of 'alignment' and still comes out way to close to the mudflap and bedside (I've put magnaflows on 3 trucks with the exact same results).

Banks sounds much better to me. Lower muscle car tone. Magnaflow just has that 'clappy' sound I don't like.

how are the M/T's on the road and in weather conditions such as rain and snow? I saw your video clips of you muddin your truck. You can hear the exhaust in one of them pretty good and thats a huge help because i couldnt find a sound clip on the Banks anyywhere..Thanks a lot for your help 06FX4!
I think im gonna go ahead and order the system soon. Where did you get yours at and did you install it yourself?

nd041189 --

I had the wheels and tires with just a 2.5 daystar leveling kit and they fit fine.
