s&b compatible with turbonator?

i just seen a link for this turbonator thing that goes inside the air flow tube after the filter: http://www.turbonator.com/index.html...ntentAirIntake

was wondering if any of you guys have this or know someone who does and if it really does what it says, and of course if that knuckleuppunk guy can tell us if it would be compatible with the s&b setup because that seems to be the system to go with.

Good Grief! You buy a newly designed free flowing CAI and then stop it up with a piece of junk.

Don't waste your money on this product or on things with clever marketing meant to seperate you and your money. This reminds me of the original claims from products such as Slick50, Splitfire plugs, Acetone in the gas, magnets on your fuel lines, Duralube, Prolong, fuel pellets, miracle weight loss products or those gadgets to help with pain & suffering, etc, etc, etc. The FTC 'eventually' cracks down on these things, but it takes a lot of time. Save your money and use it for something solid like buying more fuel or tires or get a nice steak dinner with a good beer, etc. If you want more performance and potentially better fuel economy 'IF' you keep your foot out of it, then buy something that really works such as a CAI system, a cat back exhaust or a tuner, etc.

Don't but the turbonator! Someone on here had a link to a test perfomed by Popular Mechanics that advised strongly against this thing.

It is junk

If you didn't ask you wouldn't know. In fact you would be driving around with a turbonator. That would have been stupid. But you asked an now you will feel smart when someone tries to sell you one.

Yea, and if horsepower gains were as easy as some tinkertoy piece of metal, the manuf's would've already put it in.

Thats exactly what i have been saying about items such as Tb spacers and the "tornado". They(the manufacturer) could mass produce those items for a couple bucks a pop, and if the advertised gains were actually real these items would be on every car and truck right from the factory
