K&N 77 Series 4.6L Intake on Ebay
There was no bidder on the auction. If anyone is interested in a 04-05' F-150 4.6L V8 K&N 77 Series Intake(polished tube) that is partly assembled and includes a MAF sensor then pm me. I'm up for taking any resonable offer + shipping. Thanks for the interest in my auction.

I am not real sure. However, if the mass air flow sensors plug in the same then it should work since the Mass Air Flow sensor is still installed on this intake. All you have to do is unplug yours and plug it into the new intake. No need to disassemble your maf setup. So as long as the maf sensor plug in works it should fit.
