would it make a differance

i have a 97 f150 xlt 4.6 v8 its 10 years old with 84,000 miles on it and i want 2 replace my stock air in take and my exhaust. K&N 57 series 4 the intake and magnaflow duals 4 the exhaust. 2 questions

1. would i notice the difference on a truck this old?

2. would it increase my mpg on that old of an engine?
