Question about fitting...

I was wondering if a lightning style exhaust kit would fit with the stock running boards installed on a Screw? I am looking at getting the bassani cat-back kit cause i can get it for a steal! Also, any pics of this setup? Thanks alot!!!!

Does anyone have a answer for this? I wrote the sales rep from bassani yesterday, but haven't heard anything from him yet.

Dang... i just heard back from the sales rep at Bassani and he said that the when the truck was proto typed they didn't have to running boards or what not so not even he could answer this question! Has no one ever put on any lightning style exhaust with the running boards?

Not Bassani, but I do have the Maggie 16616 with factory running boards on an '05 SCREW. Absolutely no issues with the install or with clearance. I tried to get a pic of the Bassani Lightning-Style AFT-CAT off their web site for a comparison but there isn't a pic posted.

If it doesn't fit you can tild it down more or custom bend a pipe to work & use a longer hanger

No but I could photoshop it, also if cutting your running board to fit it is an option that could work too.
