Question What size tubing

Just looking for some opinons on a dumped exhaust: true dual, headers and mufflers. Now what I need help or opinions on is what size tubing I should get. I can't decide whether to get 2 1/2" or 3". What do you guys think I should do? Sorry if this question has been beaten into the ground, but looking at some of the other posts I didn't quite find what I was looking for.

Thanks in advance

2.25 or 2.5 will be perfectly fine. you wont notice any difference in power, and there will be little difference, if any, in sound. 2.5 will just cost a lil more than 2.25

www.burnsstainless.com has quite a bit of good exhaust theory on their site and if you let them know specifics, they will give you all the information you need for an optimum performing exhaust.

Thanks guys 2.5 it is. I wish I could afford the Dynatech! Just a little more than I'm willing to shell out though. I'm going wih Pacesetter headers, flowmaster 10 series delta force single chamber mufflers and Magnaflow high flow cats and dumped before the rear axle. I want this m/f LOUD! It's been mediocer for way too long.

I'll get a sound clip or something. It will be a month give or take, I have a few things to take care of before I can get the headers. If I put the headers in myself, how much do you think it will cost to get the rest put in and welded(I don't have access to a welder or a pipe bender )?
