We have all heard that the legondary flowmaster 40 and super 40 series mufflers are the loudest of them all but I've heard alot about some of the cherry bomb mufflers. On this site http://www.cherrybomb.com/extreme-mufflers.html It states that this muffler is only has a 6 inch long body size.

If anyone could tell me if a cherry bomb muffler is louder that a flowmaster I would like to know because I want to buy the loudest muffler of them all.

 

flowmaster makes a 10 series race muffler, much louder than the 40s. also IMCO extreme is a one chamber like the flow 10 but stainles and you can get it in si/do

A neighbor has a Dodge Ram Hemi with Cherry Bombs on it. It shakes my windows from 100ft away. A guy in my squadron has a Nissan Titan with the Flowcrap 40 SI/DO & it's no where near as loud, not even close.

i think im gona buy one of those imco extremes and put it on my truck right now i have a 70 series on my truck i had to take out my 40 series cos my dad was being a pita but i dont really care about wat he says on the exhaust now i need somethin to cover up the new tire noise

 

Flowmasters 40 series aren't meant to be roaring loud, they are a combination of loud & deep, the 10 series, some type of glasspack, or just running no mufflers is what you wanna do for racecar loud.

paid 25 bucks i got the Imco Extreme 3'' Center In and 2-1/2'' Dual Out i get it next week and will be sure to get you some sound clips
