Well, i want to get a little more sound out of my truck (94' f150) but i dont want to send alot of money.

Would installing a glass pack like this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-5-I...QQcmdZViewItem)
give me the sound i want or would it sound like one of those honda civics?

Sorry if i sound dumb, becuase when it comes to trucks and such iam

If you want really loud then yeah go ahead, I dont think those things sound too deep like Flowmaster Magnaflow & Dynomax mufflers do. Maybe ( if your not required for emissions check ) just run straight pipes.

 

glass packs cause a LOT of backpressure. get a good tuned muffler

How does a glass pack cause a lot of back pressure? They're completely open.

 

proven on the flowbench, but look in the inlet, see all the pieces stick up, they catch the exhaust, cause lots of backpressure.
