I am going to have a FM 40 SI/DO and CAI put on my 06 5.4 in the next week or so. Anyone know roughly how much of a performance increase, (if any), I will get with this?
Next up on the list will probably be a programmer at some point but I'm curious about the exhause and intake.

you should pick up quite a bit. especially once you get a tuner. i see you are in katy. we are trying to get another meet going here soon off 249 and 1960. look in the southern section. my mods are in my gallery.
