What's the best exhaust cat back that i can have installed on 5.4 v8 eddie bauer expi. I don't want it real loud but i want the truck to breathe better. ALso i am ordering a superchips max tuner and a af1 intake from troyer. I was going to order the magnaflow ss cat back, but the local shop in my area said that if i ran 3" exhaust the truck would be really loud is this true. I just want to make sure before i spend this money. The local shop said he would use my existing exhaust pipe and cut in a flowmaster 40 series muffler, but reusing my existing exhaust pipe doesn't seem like the truck will breathe any better. Any thoughts or suggestions?
