Cheaper Exhaust

Just wondering. What would be wrong with just buying the same Magnaflow muffler they're including with their cat-back kit and having an exhaust shop bend some tubing to fit the rest? Is it a big deal at all to have mandrel bent corners or not? I checked out the cost difference and could buy the muffler online and even have stainless tube bent for considerably cheaper than the cheapest I've seen the kit for. Whatta ya think?

Well nothing would be "wrong" with doing it that way, but the mandrel bent pipe allows the exhaust to flow more freely and allows your motor to better expel exhaust gases, creating more power. Now if you are trying to get all the HP and TQ possible, mandrel bend pipe would eb the best, but if you just want the sound of a certain muffler, then go for it.
