02 F150 muffler

Hi, I am new to this site. I just bought an 02 F150 4x4. It has the 4.6 V8. I had the muffler cut off and the exhaust straight piped with true duals. it is a little to raspy at high rpms. I am looking for a muffler that will keep the deep tone and not make it too much quieter. I just want to get rid of the raspy sound at higher rpms. does anyone have any sound clips of their 4.6 with custom exhaust such as magnaflow, flowmaster, etc? or any suggestions. thank you very much

Dynomax Ultraflow is a nice muffler. I have one installed siso with stock 2.5'' pipe and it sounds nice. One of my friends has them true dual with 2.5'' pipe and 4'' tips and it sounds wicked!! Nice mellow rumble at idle and when cruising, but when you step on it all hell breaks loose.

yes, Flowmaster

the origional 40 is deoop loud & can pop, Super 40 is what you really want, hardly any pop, deep & mean.

Ive got a dynomax bullet. Its really cheap cost, and is a great sounding alternative, to your super expensive flomaster/magnaflow etc.

Pic and video in sig.
