New Super 40, + good story
I finally got my exhaust after buying the wrong muffler (standard 40 series) having to go back get a Super 40, and trying to find the best price for custom pipes. I ended up paying $300 for the installation, and $80 for the muffler. $380 for everything. (Not stainless) I thought it was a little pricy but they welded everything in, so there are no clamps. It sounds great!!! And unlike my intake I dont have to slam on the gas to hear those pipes growl. There is a nice deep rumble with no cracking or poping. Sounds just like Dodge Ram Hemi.
Here's a little story if you feel up to reading it. (Now I think I know what people are talking about when they say Flowmaster has an "annoying sound") I decided to hit up Taco Bell with my best friend for a late night Mash Potato bowl aka Heaven. I was behind some Pontiac mini SUV waiting to order. I tapped the gas to pull up to order and it sounded soooooo nice even just tapping the gas. I ordered, tapped the gas again to pull up a little, and it gave me a nice rumble. I tapped the gas a third time to move ahead a little more (the Pontiac was still in front of me paying and receiving their food). All of a sudden this middle age guy opens his door, gets out and says, "stop reving your your engine, dont think your bad in daddy's truck". I could've gotten out and knocked his head clear off his body, then put him in his car, put a brick on his gas pedal, and drove him and his car straight into traffic. But I'm a nice guy and I have a ton of patience. I replied "first off its not daddy's truck, I paid for it, and second sorry I just had the exhaust put on today." Then he mumbled a bunch of **** under his breath and got back into his little $15,000 mommie mobile, and drove off. I pulled up and the guy at the window was laughing his *** off, I said how much of a dushebag the guy in front of me was acting. The cashier said he thought my exhaust sounded awsome and he gave me my food and I drove off. People today, if they cant drive the amazing trucks we have, they have to hate us!

hahaha good story. I have limited patients, especially when it comes to strangers. I probably would have said "******* off" or something like that haha. Some people just hate it when people have better vehicles than what the drive.
Very glad yu like your Super 40 though

Hey, i'm not judging but.....knocking heads off and then sending their headless body and pontiac into traffic with a brick on the gas pedal? ok. No rage issues there hey.
