I've been searching for quite a while and I haven't come up with such a design for my 03. I prefer the side exit for a variety of reasons, does it exist? Maybe MagnaflowRep can help me out. If I overlooked a previous post I apologize.

 

If Magnaflow doesn't offer it, have an exhaust shop bend ur pipes and all you got to do is buy the tips, and muffler.

 

I may do something to that effect. In searching, I found a Gibson system that said the spare needed to be removed. Does this have to be done with other SIDO systems? If so I will definitely do some custom fab work.

 

yeah some kits require removal of the spare. My '99 F250 has a Flowmaster SI/DO kit and has no spare tire, so I gues 3" pipes cannot have the spare. If you have the pipes lead to the sides wit the spare in the middle, that would work out good for you.
