Replacement muffler

Does anyone know of a aftermarket muffler that is pretty close in size to the stocker for an 02' F150? Thanx in advance

I have never seen an aftermarket muffler the size of the stock piece. That thing is huge. But I don't know all the mufflers out there so I'm sure others will jump in if there's anything out there. Good luck.

Pop a Flowmaster in, and just have a piece of 2.5" piping welded to the tip & to the muffler, simple as that

Thanks guys, I think I'll do it right and just get a complete catback. I have 2-chamber flowmasters on my Mustang with the offroad x-pipe . I like it but I think I'd like to try something else. I like the looks of duals coming out the passenger side behind the rear wheel with some nice tips. The only system I've seen like that is the Pacesetter TFX, but I'm not sure of the quality. Any suggestions would be great.

If you really wanted to go through the effort of making it look stock, gut the whole muffler, and weld a bullet inside the muffler housing. Cut a window on the top side, and weld pipes on either end of the bullet.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I wound up gettin a dynomax ultraflow, some 2.5'' pipe, and a 3.5'' slash cut tip, then went to town with the sawzall. Took about 45 minutes and fits real nice.

Hey WS6, I only did the muffler replacement. Just got done welding it all up tonight. Although Patmans idea was pretty cool, I'd like to see it done myself.
