Magna Tip "yellowing"??

Whats ups guys just a question. I just put on my Magna 16612 on my 07 5.4 running a green performance intake aswell. My chrome tip is turning a bit yellow brown. I work on bike and when your chrome pipes turn its usually running to rich.. Could my truck be running to rich, for me its running fine but wondering why my tip is turning a bit. I know blue chrome will take it right out but wondering is this is normal. Cause I know stainless usually turns yellow brown and chrome usually blues under alot of heat.. I thought the Magna tips were chrome?? Right

Wasnt sure like I said on bike when it turns that quick it meant it was running to rich, but thanks for the quick reply. What do you use to take out the browning. Here is a pic of the chop I just finished building its for sale if you know anybody who is interested.. Saw the pic in your gallery what S/C are you running. Nice truck looks real clean

Magna tips are stainless steel not chrome. The heat from the exhaust is causing it to turn yellow.
