Some decide for me..

Ahh i cant decide

Im about to order a new intake but cant choose...

Volant, AEM, or K&N

Basically its like this.. The volant is nice because it gets well into the 100's during the summer here, so being enclosed will help keep hotter air out.

The AEM is nice because you dont have to oil the filters anymore

And the K&N is the cheapest of all of them.. So...

I dont know what to do!

Hi.

None of the above.

AF1

Volants may be true CAI's, like the stockers but it also, chokes above 4000 rpm or so. Been proven.

Cheap gets you cheap - if you are gonna spend the $$$, gets something that at least provides the best gains. Better yet, a 3.25" or a 3.5" AF1, and a custom tune

Cheers
Bubba

Volant served me very well combined with the Edge and Magnaflow exhaust when I was N/A. It made for a complete and balanced system based on my needs and wants at the time.

I have an AEM and would take it any day over K&N because of the oil-free design. I used to love K&N.... used to
