BBK Headers

Anyone have any opinion about BBK headers from Summit? Ceramic coated ones are $470. They are the cheapest ceramic ones I've found. My manifolds are rusted real bad with a broken stud for the second time at 94,000 miles. At about 42,000 the manifold cracked and Ford replaced them. That was before they began using stainless studs and now they're breaking. My other option would be putting new Hedman manifolds on. Also plan to put a Magnaflow dual exhaust on. My trucks a 97 Offroad Supercab with the 4.6L.

I've heard good, feel confident, the mustang crowd often swears by BBK. I've looked into their headers as well, they look great.

Unless theyve been bought out over the years, BBK stuff is top notch. It didnt always make the most horsepower of competeing products, but it was always high quality. Contact them and ask about their header flanges, how thick they are, and how they are cut, that will tell you about the quality of thier product.
