Better buy?

Which would be a better buy? I have a true dual set-up. I want to get the Super 40 series flowmaster. I was wondering which would be better: a dual in dual out muffler or two single in single out mufflers? I mean I want it to be a fairly loud set up. So will thier be any difference in sound fromm on or the other.

I plan to true dual mine with 40 series delta flows, but soon will be running a Super 40 on my stock exhaust with a dumped at axle tip, but true duals might be extreamly deep on true duals, I want deep but not so much. But runnig two si/so mufflers would be better, running a di/do is almsot like a regular si/do, all in all, true dualed si/so would sound alot deeper/louder

Yeah, if you want the most sound, si/so per bank of cylinders is your best bet. Don't forget a crossover of some kind like an H pipe or X pipe. Your exhaust shop can make all of that for you.

I don't have an h pipe right now on my exhaust. Why would I need a H pipe? How much would I be looking at if I bought the mufflers form like jegs($80 a piece) and then having a muffler shop put it on?
