Cats

I was told that I may have a clogged cat and to just "knock them out" but don't want the cab noise to be incredibly loud or spend a lot for new cats. Is there any way to tell which one(s) are clogged or if I knocked out 2 of the 4 would that still make the truck cab loud?
Thanks

you knock out your cats you might aswell go purchase a new cpu for your truck cause it will toast your cpu.. do a back pressure test... with a gauge with a hose .. drill a hole if front of the cat and back of the cat.... the one's on the front are the cats.. have some one rev it up each time you put the gauge on it gauge should read zero... shouldnt be any back pressure on them... if you got any they are clogged... and weld the holes back closed when your done... i had done this about a week ago.. there is only 2 cats on it the back ones are like noise reducers... so dont knock anything out.. unless you want to shell out some cash
