Roush Racing Off Road

i know this topic has been posted before but i am considering this exhaust and was wondering if anyone had this system on their 5.4L and how would it compare to a tundra with a flowmaster 40 series on it. Also if sombody could send me a video or audio clip of your truck running or could help me find one. Lastly if you could describe the sound (mellow, obnoxious....) looking for loud and throaty but not so much were it bugs you in your cab at 5 in the morining

i've got one, i love it- i dont know what a tundra with a flowmaster 40 series sounds like... it is pretty loud/throaty/deep- not obnoxious at all if you ask me. it will definitely turn heads if you floor it with people around i need to get a new sound clip of mine as the last one i have is from when i had it installed, and it is definitely louder now.

yea, but you're not hunting from the truck (well i hope not) if you are staying 25/under or keeping your rpms under about 1500 the truck is actually as quiet as stock...on idle/coasting theres really only the engine noise and a very subtle exhaust growl... so how does it compare to the tundra with flo's?

ha ha no im not hunting from the truck but the way the property is set up (land locked from all other sides) we have to drive across the 200 acres to the cabin but thank you for claifing that it sounds similar at slow speeds and at idle

on the speakers it sound very similar may the ford has a bit more rumble though. (ford could be louder too)

Thanks Again
